Hillside Brewery in Longhope, Gloucestershire, have been working with our Cotswolds Bloggers to promote their brewery events. The brewery was set up by father and son duo Paul and Peter Williamson and is located out in beautiful countryside on the edge of the Forest of Dean. They run brewery tours, where you get a tour, an explanation of how the beer is made and four beers to try. Or there are experience days which include hands-on brewing experience, a locally sourced breakfast and lunch as well as a tasting session and tour.
